It referred to the fact that although an initial explosion is powerful, the fallout from a bomb can last much longer and affect more people. Remember this? :: The electricity cut out during the conference just moments before midnight on New Year's Eve! We rang in 2002 with the help of some emergency lighting and a megaphone! Later that night, the power went out in our hotel, which was located right above the convention center.

	Remember this? :: The group was all set to go to Xtreme when bad weather in the Louisville area made it dangerous to travel, and the trip had to be cancelled. The people who were planning to go gathered at Parkwood on New Year's Eve instead and were still able to welcome in the new year together.
